Developed by Rhodeside and Harwell to be a framework for preserving the existing and establishing new open space in this, the 10th densest city on the nation. The plan presents a series of goals that were addressed in terms of existing issues, recommended actions, and implementation strategies - a plan that has worked so well that one cent of each property tax dollar over the next ten years will be devoted to a new Open Space Fund.
