EDAW was responsible for the design of 2 dozen parks, 20 miles of streetscapes, hundreds of acres of open spaces, and common areas throughout this 9,600 acre development. The design has transformed the way residential communities are perceived and built in Central Florida, which now embrace the idea of a walkable community.
