This plan lays the groundwork for a comprehensive set of public investments to transform H Street NE's deteriorated 1-1/2 mile corridor. Through a series of public meetings, walkthroughs, and design charrettes, residents and stakeholders the team was able to balance historical significance, social demands, and sustainable technology to rebuild the corridor.
