This project balances objectives of design, conservation, and planning in a historical agricultural setting. Kirby Wharf Farm, a 19th Century Eastern Shore tidewater estate on the Choptank River is a landscape, increasingly threatened by in appropriate development of the Eastern Shore.

- Terrific land management — the LA was both comprehensive and sensitive
