Thank You Volunteers

None of what we do would be possible without volunteer participation and sponsorship support. The Potomac Chapter would like to give a special thanks to the following people and organizations for the 2008/2009 activities and programs. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Faye Harwell, Out Going Trustee, Rhodeside & Harwell Inc.                                Our thanks to Faye for serving as the Potomac Chapter's trustee for 4 1/2 years, beyond the 3 year standard term.  Her wisdom and guidance has been invaluable to the Chapter providing us information from ASLA National as well  coordination with other Chapters.  Her interest in the archives will keep the Chapter's records well organized and available for future generations.   And, she has done all of this work while managing her award winning firm.  Many, many thanks.

Ron Kagawa, In Coming Trustee, Department of Recreation and Parks, Alexandria, Va.   Our thanks to Ron for serving as our new trustee for the next three years.  Ron has been involved with the Potomac Chapter since 1999 as a member of the Executive Committee and as Past President.  He knows his Chapter history and we will benefit from the continuity that he brings. We look forward to his guidance for the up coming three years.  Many thanks.
