Emerging Professionals

Emerging professionals are an energetic and dynamic demographic that are fresh voices of the industry.

The Potomac ASLA Chapter Emerging Professionals Committee aims to provide young members with the guidance for a clear path to grow in a role in their career. Mechanisms to do so will be via various community, volunteer, professional development, and mentoring activities. The committee will focus energy on the values of landscape architecture and how they can impact social and professional change in the ever-evolving field. Through these principles and defined goals, the committee will strive to make a positive impact on the profession, local community, and generate professional leadership skills early in the career path.
