About Our Search
Our Baltimore office is looking for an energetic and creative Landscape Designer to join the Landscape Architecture studio. This individual will have experience managing projects, and possess excellent communication, design, technical, graphic and visualization skills. This individual will be organized and enjoy collaborating with multi-disciplinary design teams.
About the Position
- Assist in generating design solutions and design development.
- Create site analysis diagrams and graphics.
- Prepare site plan and 3D renderings and assist in developing design presentations.
- Produce construction documents.
- Assist with construction administration/observation.
- Collaborate with project consultants and clients to facilitate the design process.
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture required
- 3-7 years of experience in Landscape Architectural design
- Experience and/or interest in a variety of project types
- Experience in preparation of construction documents
- Excellent design, graphic and presentation skills
- Passionate about the profession and willingness to work in a collaborative and energetic environment.
- Strong design and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D presentation software and hand graphics.
- Other desired skills: VectorWorks, Rhino, LandFX, Enscape3d, Revit,
- Desire and willingness to learn new software
